The child tutu is available in 9 colors and is one size - fitting most children around ages 1-8 years old. Unstretched, the 2" elastic waistband measures 9.5" flat across and it stretched to 16" flat across (double for circumference)  

The Big Girl/Adult tutu is available in 5 colors (Frozen Blue, Light Pink, Raspberry, Lavender & Hot Pink) and features a larger stretchy elastic waist band that will fit most age 8 to adult. Unstretched, the 2" elastic waistband measures 12" flat across and it stretched to 20" flat across (double for circumference)
